Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat II, Udaipur

Objective:

• To celebrate the Unity in Diversity of our Nation and to maintain and strengthen the fabric of traditionally existing emotional bonds between the people of our Country.
• To promote the spirit of national integration through a deep and structured engagement between all Indian States and Union Territories through a year-long planned engagement between States.
• To showcase the rich heritage and culture, customs and traditions of either State for enabling people to understand and appreciate the diversity that is India, thus fostering a sense of common identity.

EBSB is a national camp conducted for all the cadets every year. The camp is held within the state or in different state under the aegis of respective NCC Directorates. The duration of this camp is 10 – 12 days. The camp was conducted under precautions and covid-19 protocols were followed by everyone. All the cadets’ report to the camp .In these 10 days cadets had different sessions like personality development, SSB lectures etc. The day usually starts with a warm up for an hour then breakfast and after that there is one session scheduled for everyday .In evening cadets used to play outdoor games and practice for their cultural performances. Various competitions like NIAP, Solo dance and singing competition, debate competition and quiz were held for the cadets to know about the culture .There was a special night organised for the cadets to know about the culture of NER region. New Year with great enthusiasm was celebrated in the camp.

Achievement- IIS (deemed to be) University Cdt. Bhavya Surolia bagged gold medal in dance competition.

Outcome - The cadets actively participated in this camp and got to learn a lot of new things about different cultures and traditions.
