The Fitness Club of IISU organized a guest Lecture on Sports Nutrition. Ms. Simran Singh , (Assistant Professor, Dept. of Food and Nutrition),IISU. She shared her knowledge about the intake of various nutrient that the players should consume before and after the game. She also highlighted the benefits of Balanced Diet. Around 200 students of Sports, NCC and Physical Education attended the same.
