         NCC  ORIENTATION DAY

NO. OF PARTICIPANTS : 30 NCC CADETS 

OBJECTIVE 

• To introduce students about NCC

• The importance of ncc and the career options one can have through ncc.

• How they can join ncc

• To give a brief about the activities conducted and duties sanctioned to a ncc cadet.

• aims , motto, and history of ncc

IISU NCC UNIT organized its orientation for the students of the university on 28 august in AV  hall at 9: 30 am. The students were apprised with the activities conducted under IIS NCC unit all through the year under the mentoring of ncc coordinator DR RENU SHUNGLOO and ANO FLG OFFICER NEELAM SHARMA. The event was a success with the various alumni of NCC of our university who shared their wonderful experience as a cadet and benefits of joining NCC as it shaped their life in the best way possible. Students were also informed about the activities conducted in the college and also shared achievements of the senior NCC cadets.

Outcome : it was a very useful session for students as they got to know more about ncc and had their doubts cleared, cadets also got to share their experience among students and encouraged students to join ncc
