Objective: To know how to play the judo game with rules and regulations.

Description: The session of “Demonstration on Judo” was taken by Mrs.Neeraj Bala Khanna. She highlighted the Techniques and compulsory rules and regulation of the game.

She presented some of the basic Judo exercise. Further, she also told about various rules and regulations of the game according to Judo Federation of India (JFI) and dress code of Referees and players. Basic Judo exercise can be practiced at home but bout of Judo can only be performed under the Supervision of expert or coaches.

It was very fruitful and interesting session for the students they enjoyed a lot to see the demo of the game and enhanced their knowledge about the game.The seminar concluded with an interactive Q/A session between the teachers and students.
